FC Drainage offer planned maintenance packages for commercial clients to ensure the normal operation of your drains and to help prevent any loss of revenue due to disruption to the business.
Once you have a plan in place our team will routinely inspect your drains and remove scale deposits to ensure your drains are clear and free-flowing. Each plan is unique to each business. Initially one of our senior engineers will visit your premises to carry out a free site inspection. We usually recommend an initial clean that will return the pipework and drainage to full flow and then we prepare a tailor-made programme to meet your specific needs and requirements.
By prior arrangement and at a time which is convenient for you and your business, our engineers will carry out scheduled works as agreed with yourselves. Maintenance visits can be monthly, quarterly, twice yearly or yearly.
Each plan is different for each business, but here are some maintenance services we typically offer:
- Servicing of taps and toilets/urinals
- De-scaling of pipework and jetting drains
- Clearing of septic tanks, foul and surface water drainage and other pipework
- Clearing gutters, downpipes, gulleys and the drains leading to soakaways
