This is about the fifth or sixth job that First Choice Drain Solutions have done for me. They are always so helpful, reliable and professional. I could not rate them higher. I have had to leave them the keys on occasion, so I find them completely trustworthy. They always call if they are stuck in traffic (London!) and always turn up with a smile on their faces ready to get stuck into the job. An amazing find!

I was so pleased with this work. The day I called about our leak the company sent 2 men out to assess it. The men arrived exactly on time, both for the initial consultation and on the day they carried out the work (which was only 3 days later). They were very nice to deal with, friendly and clear. I liked that they took before and after pictures so that we can see what the problem was. The leak has been fixed (and very helpfully guaranteed for one year). The paperwork explains the problem and solution in detail. I would recommend this company and use them again.

Bradley came to an address I am carrying out renovations on. Arrived on time and promptly started working to sort out the issues with my drains.
His knowledge and experience was shown as he soon had the issues solved and took the time to talk me through the issues with the drainage system and how these could be improved.

Very happy with the service provided by this company. I spoke to James in the office and was visited by an engineer named Sean. Both were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Sean was not only able to locate and fix a slow leak, but was able to minimise the cosmetic damage to our tiled in bath and toilet cistern. So pleased to have found a reliable local plumber - they will definitely be my first call if we need anything in the future.

Our toilet was blocked after we got back from late from work. We called First Choice and within 40 minutes of us calling them they were over to sort the problem... The team investigated the drains and decided to jet clean them. The engineers were extremely professional, reliable, and very reasonably priced. I have not met Steven or Glen and I was unable to be onsite during the repairs. The work was completed by Glen as agreed and photos of the work were sent to me. After the initial phone conversation, we only communicated via MyBuilder and all messages were polite and professional. I was asked if I was satisfied with the work before being invoiced for payment.
